What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to share: typically your name, email address, and message. If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you send, along with your contact identifier (phone number or email address).
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is pseudonymous and we do not use it to identify individuals. Form submissions are processed through Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets.

We do not sell your personal information. We share contact details with clinics or service providers only when you ask us to make an introduction.
Health-related information
Messages you send may contain health-related details. Please share only what you're comfortable sharing. We treat all such information as confidential, use it solely to respond to your inquiry and coordinate any care you request, and do not use it for advertising.
Your choices
- You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing andy@colombiamedical.co.
- You can decline analytics cookies through your browser settings or opt-out tools.
Data retention & security
We retain inquiry records only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal requirements, and we apply reasonable safeguards to the systems we control. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; use the channel you're most comfortable with.
International users
We operate from Colombia and the United States. By using this site you consent to processing of your information in those jurisdictions. Residents of Colombia have rights under Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data); residents of certain US states and the EU/EEA may have additional rights under local law. Contact us to exercise any of these.
